Who is Trenton Montgomery?
Trenton Montgomery is the name of the band. The name comes from combining two great cities in our battle for freedom. Trenton New Jersey is where George Washington crossed the delaware in the Revolutionary War; Montgomery Alabama was the endpoint of the Selma Montgomery marches for civil rights lead by Martin Luther King Jr.

Verse 1
Our founding fathers, gave us their lives
their sons and daughters, carried on with pride
our fight for liberty and freedom has no end
it's with our lives that we defend
Chorus
This is America, the place where freedom found its home
in our hearts and minds, and we'll never let it go.
we stand up in America, stand tall for all that we believe in
long live freedom... in America
Verse 2
Our right to worship, our right to speak
our right to vote, our right to be free
the right of every child to dream and to believe
no one can take these rights from me
Repeat Chorus
Bridge
And the words of our founding fathers
can still be heard tonight
in the voices of all who cry out... cry out for what's right
Final Chorus
This is America, the place where freedom found its home
in our hearts and minds and we'll never let it go
stand up America! stand tall for all that we believe in
long live freedom... long live freedom... long live freedom
in America
